Your subscription gives you instant access to your chosen tier’s features and exclusive content. Subscriptions are billed automatically either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you selected when signing up.

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account settings. Canceling stops all future automatic renewals.

When you cancel, you will keep full access to all your supporter benefits until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier, and you won’t be charged again.

Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy and Paddle’s buyer/refund terms. Because supporter access provides instant access to digital content, refunds for already-used access may be limited. However, if there is a technical issue or a checkout mistake, please contact us and we’ll happily review it for you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They act as the legal seller, handling secure payment processing, international tax/VAT responsibilities, and billing compliance worldwide.

You can easily manage your billing details, view invoices, or update your plan directly inside your Promptvara account settings or via the Paddle customer portal.
