1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Promptvara Media GmbH.

These terms explain the rules for using Promptvara.com, including our AI prompt library, image examples, tutorials, account features, free content, Supporter subscriptions, affiliate links, and direct sponsor placements.

Legacy domains, including ai-videocourses.com, may redirect to Promptvara.com. These legacy domains are not operated as separate active websites.

2. What Promptvara provides

Promptvara is an educational AI prompt and image library designed to help users explore, learn, and create better AI-generated images and videos.

Promptvara may provide access to:

  • Supporter-only content
  • AI image examples
  • Prompt keywords and prompt structures
  • Tutorials and educational resources
  • AI tool articles and recommendations
  • Account features such as bookmarks, saved items, and dashboard tools
  • Affiliate links and direct sponsor placements

Most content is available for free, while other content may be reserved for users with an active Supporter subscription. Promptvara is provided as an educational and creative resource. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

3. Eligibility and minors

Age Requirement: Promptvara is not directed at children under the age of 18. By using Promptvara, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are between 13 and 17 years old, that you use Promptvara only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Contractual Capacity: You may not create an account, subscribe as a Supporter, or provide personal data if you do not have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country or region.

Account Enforcement: If we become aware that a user under the age of 18 has created an account, subscribed, or provided personal data without the required parental or guardian consent, we may suspend or delete the account and take appropriate steps in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

4. User accounts and Security

Account Creation: To access certain features of Promptvara, you may create an account using your email or a supported third-party service, such as Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Individual Use Only: Your account is for your personal, individual use only. You may not share your account credentials with any other person or entity.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

  • Share your account with unauthorized users.
  • Use another person’s account without permission.
  • Attempt to bypass access restrictions or security measures.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or copy restricted content.
  • Misuse free or Supporter account features.

Suspension and Termination: We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account where we reasonably believe the account is being misused, used unlawfully, shared improperly, or used to bypass Promptvara’s access rules.

5. Free access and Supporter subscriptions

Service Tiers: Promptvara offers both free access and paid Supporter subscriptions.

Free Tier: Provides access to the majority of our library, including a wide range of prompts, images, tutorials, and site features.

Supporter Tiers: Paid subscriptions that unlock access to our full library, including extended collections and Supporter-exclusive prompts and image examples.

Purpose of Support: Your subscription directly supports the sustainability and growth of Promptvara. It helps us cover operational costs—such as infrastructure, hosting, security, and insurance—and enables us to create and improve content.

Subscription Options: We may offer multiple Supporter tiers with different pricing levels. Some tiers may provide the same access but allow users to support Promptvara at a higher level, enabling us to grow faster and improve content. Detailed benefits for each Supporter tier are clearly outlined on our pricing page.

Pricing and Taxes: Final prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, calculates and applies any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) based on your billing location.

6. Supporter prices, billing periods, renewal and cancellation

Subscription Plans: We offer various Supporter plans on a monthly or yearly basis. Details regarding current plan pricing, billing periods, and discount structures (such as annual savings) are available on our pricing page.

Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Final prices, applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), and total charges are calculated and displayed at the point of checkout based on your billing location.

Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled before the next renewal date, Supporter subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the subscription management link provided by Paddle.

If you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will normally retain access to Supporter content until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

7. Payments and Financial Transactions

Merchant of Record: All payments, billing, and subscription management are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax/VAT calculation, billing, and the secure handling of payment-related transactions.

Data Security: Promptvara does not collect, process, or store your full credit card information or sensitive financial details. Payment data is handled directly by Paddle.

Paddle Checkout: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that Paddle’s checkout process, buyer terms, payment process, and related policies may apply to your transaction.

Payment Support: Payment-related issues may be handled through Paddle’s buyer support, the subscription management tools provided during checkout, or by contacting us.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy: All refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review this policy carefully to understand your rights and the eligibility criteria for refunds.

Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. As outlined in Section 6, cancelling prevents your subscription from renewing at the end of your current billing period.

Digital Access: Due to the nature of digital content, once Supporter access has started or digital content has been made available, refunds are provided only as required by applicable law or under the specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to Plans, Features, and Content

Platform Updates: Promptvara may update, add, remove, reorganize, rename, or improve content, features, platform functionality, prompt library sections, image examples, tutorials, and related resources over time.

Plan and Pricing Adjustments: We may update our subscription plans, tiers, pricing, billing periods, access rules, or included features. Current plan details are shown on the pricing page and during checkout.

Material Changes: If we make changes that materially reduce the value or features of an active paid Supporter subscription, we will aim to provide reasonable notice where required, for example by email, platform notice, or subscription information.

Pricing and Renewal Changes: Any pricing or billing changes will apply as shown on the pricing page, subscription management page, or checkout page at the time of purchase or renewal, subject to applicable law.

10. Licence to use Promptvara content

Limited License: Promptvara grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website and its content for personal, educational, creative, or internal business purposes.

Permitted Use: You may use Promptvara prompts, keywords, and ideas as inspiration for your own AI-generated projects. You are permitted to download images from the platform for use as style references or inspiration for your own creative work. Promptvara does not claim ownership over the AI outputs you generate using these prompts, subject to the terms of the third-party AI platforms you utilize.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of our library or competes with our services. Specifically, you may not:

  • Scrape or Automate: Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated systems to copy, download, or extract substantial portions of the Promptvara library.
  • Redistribute or Resell: Republish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute our content (prompts, images, or data) as your own collection, library, or database.
  • Create Competing Services: Rebuild, clone, or establish a competing service using content copied from Promptvara.
  • Unauthorized Sharing: Share or distribute Supporter-only content outside of your own authorized user account.
  • Remove Notices: Remove or alter any copyright, branding, or ownership notices from our content.

11. Content ownership

Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise stated, Promptvara owns or licenses the website structure, text, prompt library, prompt examples, image examples, tutorials, design, branding, collections, and educational materials.

Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted to you under Section 10 (Licence to Use Promptvara Content) remain with Promptvara Media GmbH or the relevant rights holder.

12. AI prompt and image result disclaimer

Purpose and Nature of Content: Promptvara provides prompts, keywords, images, and examples for education, inspiration, and creative exploration. Our library uses established, descriptive, and iconic terminology, such as art styles, visual techniques, photography terms, camera angles, genres, and other commonly understood creative keywords. Promptvara may include fictional horror, fantasy, monster, or other potentially unsettling visual examples that may not be suitable for all viewers.

Model Variability: AI-generated outputs may vary depending on the AI model, platform, version, and settings you use. Not every AI model interprets every keyword with the same level of accuracy, style, or detail.

Illustrative Examples: The images and model names shown on Promptvara are provided as examples of what a prompt or keyword can produce with a specific model at a specific point in time. These examples are not a requirement or recommendation to use a specific AI tool. You are free to use any AI model or platform you prefer.

Evolution of AI Technology: AI models and platforms are continuously evolving. A keyword that works very well in one model may work differently in another model, and model behavior may change over time as tools are updated or improved.

No Guarantee of Results: We cannot guarantee identical, similar, or specific results when using our prompts, keywords, or examples. You acknowledge that the final output depends on the third-party AI model, platform, and settings you choose to use.

13. Prompt Composition and Keyword Influence

Variable Keyword Influence: The order, weighting, and combination of keywords can significantly affect AI outputs. Not all keywords carry the same influence; some terms may be more dominant and may influence, reduce, or override other parts of a prompt depending on the AI model’s interpretation.

Prompt Refinement: Experimenting with prompt structure, keyword placement, and keyword combinations is an inherent part of the creative process. You may need to adjust and refine prompts to suit the specific behavior and logic of the AI tool or model you are using.

14. Keyword Usage and Intellectual Property

Foundational and Descriptive Language: Promptvara prioritizes the use of descriptive, iconic, genre-based, and foundational keywords, such as “space opera sci-fi” or “chiaroscuro photography,” to describe visual styles, aesthetics, techniques, and creative directions.

Respect for Third-Party Rights: We aim to use clear descriptive terminology rather than protected brand names, famous characters, famous artist names, trademarked brands, or directly copyrighted terms where possible.

AI-Generated Examples: The image examples displayed on Promptvara are created using third-party AI tools. Users do not generate images directly on Promptvara. You acknowledge that AI-generated images may sometimes resemble familiar genres, themes, aesthetics, styles, or cultural references, even when no protected name is used in our prompts.

Reporting Concerns: Promptvara respects intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder, company, representative, or other concerned party and believe that any content, prompt, image example, or material on Promptvara infringes your rights or the rights of a third party, please contact us at [email protected]. Commercial and Legal Compliance: If you use AI outputs for commercial purposes, client work, or public distribution, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of the AI platform you utilized and all applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, and privacy regulations.

No Legal Advice: Promptvara does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any AI-generated output is suitable or safe for commercial use. You are encouraged to verify your rights and legal standing before using AI outputs in professional or commercial projects.

16. Affiliate and Third-Party Links

Promptvara.com does not host, store, or display user-submitted content from these external platforms. However, Promptvara may draw creative inspiration from community submissions to develop our own original prompts, tutorials, and image examples for our library. Any such content published on Promptvara.com is created independently by our team and is not a reproduction of user-submitted work.

20. Service Availability and Modifications

As-Available Service: Promptvara is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We aim to keep the website available, useful, and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully functional access at all times.

Service Updates: We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, content, access, or platform functionality, where needed for technical, security, legal, business, or content-related reasons.

  • Service Availability: That our website or third-party linked tools will remain available, unchanged, or error-free.
