Overview
Promptvara Media GmbH (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for processing payments, managing subscriptions, and handling tax/VAT for all purchases made on Promptvara.com. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.

General Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Supporter subscription. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. 

  • Important: If you are an EU/EEA consumer and purchase immediate access to digital content, you may be asked during checkout to expressly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right may be lost once the digital content or service access has been made available, where permitted by applicable law. 

How to Request a Refund
As Paddle is our Merchant of Record, all refund requests are processed directly through their secure system.

  • Please use the refund or subscription management link provided in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle buyer support through paddle.net

Refund Eligibility

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical defect or if the service provided is not as described, please contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Access Upon Refund: If a refund is issued, access to the refunded Supporter subscription or related digital content will end.
  • Discretionary Refunds: Outside of mandatory legal rights, refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund process and may be granted at our and/or Paddle’s discretion. 
  • Refund Abuse: To protect our service and community, we do not issue refunds where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, account sharing, or other manipulative behavior.

Cancellations
You may cancel your Supporter subscription at any time. A cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund previous payments. You will typically retain access to Supporter features until the end of your current paid billing period.
